1. About the service
Realecosystem is a property discovery, intelligence and connection platform. We do not buy, sell, lend or hold money on behalf of users.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for activity on your account. One-time codes must not be shared.
3. Listings
Owners may list only properties they own. Brokers and builders may list only properties they are authorised to market and must provide evidence of authorization.
4. Verification
A verification badge means our team reviewed the documents provided at a point in time. It is not a title guarantee.
5. AI and estimates
Analyses, yields, ROI and eligibility figures are estimates for guidance only and are not valuations, legal, tax, investment or lending advice.
6. Prohibited conduct
No fraudulent or duplicate listings, scraping, harassment of other users, or attempts to bypass security controls.
7. Finance partners
Loan products are offered by independent authorised institutions under their own terms. Decisions are made solely by the lender.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Realecosystem is not liable for decisions made using information on the platform.
