Privacy policy

1. What we collect
Account details (name, email or phone), role and verification documents, listings you create, enquiries you send, and — only when you submit a loan enquiry — the financial details you enter.
2. How we use it
To run your account, show listings, deliver enquiries, verify users and listings, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.
3. Sharing with consent
Your contact details go to a broker, owner or builder only when you tick the consent box on an enquiry. Financial details go to a lender only after explicit consent.
4. Financial data
We store lender reference IDs and status changes, not unnecessary financial information. Financial inputs are never written to logs.
5. Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your data from Dashboard → Settings → Privacy, subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and administrative actions are audit-logged.
7. Country rules
We apply the data protection laws of each country we operate in, including India's DPDP Act and the UAE PDPL.
